Heath Lambert to trade as Gallagher Heath

Heath Lambert is to trade as Gallagher Heath, following its acquisition by Arthur J. Gallagher (AJG) in May, for £97 million.

The change, effective immediately, is intended to emphasise the distinct strengths of the merged firms and reinforce the benefits of the combined group.

AJG international chief executive officer, David Ross, comments: “The Heath name is synonymous here and internationally with the integrity of Cuthbert Heath and resonates across the industry as representing a centre of excellence, with proven expertise and deep understanding of clients’ needs.”

London-headquartered Heath Lambert has 16 offices throughout the UK while AJG has a presence in 11 countries worldwide, and the newly enlarged firm employs 1,800 insurance professionals in total.
