Scheme insurance specialist NCI Insurance Services (part of NCI Vehicle Rescue Plc) has partnered with veterinary group Vets4Pets to provide pet insurance to its customers throughout the UK.

NCI secured a exclusive three-year deal after working closely with Vets4Pets to develop a bespoke solution, Cover4Pets, to meet the needs of the fast growing veterinary group, which operates over 65 practices across the UK.

The company aims to cover a further 100 practice openings over the next 2-3 years, with Vets4Pets working with NCI as its sole partner in delivering pet insurance products.

NCI managing director, Neil Richards-Smith, said: “We are extremely excited about the potential of this new venture. Vets4Pets and NCI share the same ethos and a common determination to offer customers a high quality portfolio of products and services at competitive prices.

“NCI was chosen ahead of a number of other market leaders because we can offer a bespoke, professional yet caring service to Vets4Pets and our mutual customers. Vets4Pets sets very exacting standards and the NCI team is looking forward to surpassing their expectations.”

Vets4Pets managing director, Peter Watson said: “We are committed to offering the highest quality of service to our clients and healthcare to their pets, which is why we’ll be recommending Cover4Pets Pet Insurance. Our staff have undergone extensive training for Cover4Pets to ensure our clients receive the very best advice. Cover4Pets is an excellent addition to our current service offering and we are looking forward to working closely with NCI.”
