LV= enjoyed a good night at the National Customer Services Awards, scooping a pair of the coveted prizes.

The firm won the Customer Service Centre of the Year and Financial Service Team of the Year, and the awards were given in recognition of the firm’s Bournemouth, Croydon, Bristol and Huddersfield-based general insurance contact centres.

It is the second consecutive year that LV= has been named the Customer Service Centre of the Year.

In addition to its brace of successes, the firm was also a finalist in the Customer Service Back Office Team and The Institute of Customer Service Best Customer Service Employer categories.

The judges were impressed by the passion the firm felt about its staff, citing its induction programme and continuous development scheme.

LV=’s Peter Sinden described the awards as a great achievement for the firm, particularly winning the Customer Service Centre of the Year award for the second year in a row.
