Commercial broker Moorhouse has announced the appointment of Joe Sultana to the board in the capacity of operations director.

Before joining the organisation he was a founding partner with A.J.O. Insurance Services, where he worked for 12 years (six of which after selling to Morgan Financial Group).

Sultana will be tasked with driving forward efficiency and effectiveness throughout the organisation, and be directly accountable for underwriting, customer service, claims, IT and business development.

In addition to this he is to be responsible for aligning overall budgets and goals with practices, and a number of outsourced projects.

His duties are completed with the responsibility for commercial and personal lines multi-channel delivery.
