Towergate Insurance has announced that it has made a pair of acquisitions, namely Sheraton Insurance Brokers and JBI International Insurance Brokers Ltd.

The two acquisitions will enhance the scale and specialisms of Towergate’s Broking Division.

Sheraton Insurance Brokers is based in Wickham and specialises in general insurance.

Towergate has acquired the non-life business of Sheraton Insurance Brokers, and the business will join Towergate’s Fareham office under the management of Regional Managing Director Stuart Grieb.

JBI International Insurance is a niche broker based in Aldermaston and specialises in Military, Travel, Landlord and Expat insurance.

The acquisition of JBI will enhance Towergate’s presence in the Landlords and Military Kit markets, and all the firm’s staff will be retained and will continue to work from their current location under Regional Managing Director Rod Breeze.
