LV= has appointed Craig McVoy as head of customer experience for its retirement solutions business.
Mr McVoy has over a decade of experience of leading customer services teams, including eight years at Privilege Insurance and most recently at Inchcape, where he was head of contact centres.
In his new role he will report into Steve Knight, LV=’s life and pensions chief operating officer, and will be responsible for leading the retirement solutions customer service teams and identifying ways to enhance service delivery to both advisers and customers.
