At the British Insurance Awards, held at the Royal Albert Hall, LV= was named the general insurer of the year.

The general insurer of the year award is given in recognition of both a high standard of customer service and a strong commitment to meeting the needs of customers.

LV= was praised by the judges for its high quality customer service, its claims service and its engagement with employees.

The insurer was also lauded for achieving strong financial results and for regenerating the brand.

LV= general insurance Managing Director John O’Roarke described the award as the benchmark win from awards that showcase the best of British insurance.

O’Roarke went on to say that LV= had undergone significant changes over the last five years and said that the award was a fantastic accolade that would take pride of place in the firm’s awards cabinet.
