Miller has underlined its intent to expand its book of large corporate clients with the appointment of Warren Dann.

Dann, who joins the firm from Jardine Lloyd Thompson (JLT), began his career in 1989 and is a specialist in frontline new business development.

In his new role with Miller he will be tasked with expanding its portfolio of FTSE100/250 and top 500 UK private clients, and supporting its European corporate client acquisition.

Prior to joining the firm he was the Global Risk Solutions division sales leader with JLT, and before this he served as a development director with Aon Risk Services and Willis.

Head of Corporate Risks at Miller Ken MacDonald said that Dann’s knowledge and reputation would help the firm continue to increase its number of corporate clients.
