Allianz has been reconfirmed as a member company of the FTSE4Good Index.

The insurer has been a member of the sustainability index for more than a decade and this year has been especially recognized in the areas of “countering bribery” and “environmental management”.

The Index evaluates companies in five areas as follows: working towards environmental sustainability; upholding and supporting universal human rights; ensuring good supply chain labour standards; countering bribery and good practices in corporate governance

According to Allianz, institutional investors around the world are increasingly focused on environmental, social and governance practices and sustainability ratings such as FTSE4Good should therefore facilitate investment in companies with sound ratings.
