AXA Commercial Lines has announced the appointment of Mark Davies as sales manager at its Bristol branch.

Davies joins the firm from Bluefin, and brings a decade and a half of experience to the recently opened branch in Bristol.

In his new role he will report directly to Branch Manager Barrie King.

AXA Commercial Lines Intermediary MD Matthew Reed described Davies’ appointment as a further demonstration of the firm fulfilling its promise to get closer to its customers.

Reed added that Davies already had plans to get out on the road and meet brokers in the south west and Wales to help foster relationships.
