ACE has announced that two of its UK underwriting teams have won Underwriting Service Awards from Post magazine.

At the event, held at the Oval, the firm won the Commercial Combined (Larger Risks) Underwriting Team of the Year and Commercial Combined (Smaller Risks) Underwriting Team of the Year awards.

The awards are based upon the views of 1,300 UK commercial broking professionals who assess the general calibre of underwriting teams at each insurer with whom they have worked during the course of the last 12 months.

ACE Director of Corporate Risks UK&I Pat Drinan said that the firm prides itself upon being an underwriting company first and foremost.

Drinan went on to say that the double awards triumph was indicative of ACE’s strong underwriting teams and the high standards to which the firm holds itself.
