Brokerbility survey places AXA Commercial Lines top

AXA Commercial Lines has topped the Brokerbility bi-annual Satisfaction Survey for the third time in a row.

The survey involves the 34 member firms rating seven key insurance partners according to a number of criteria including claims, underwriting and overall satisfaction.

Brokerbility Chairman Ashwin Mistry said that AXA ought to take credit for its continual improvement of broker relationships and addressing the key concerns that brokers have.

Managing Director Intermediary & Direct at AXA Commercial Lines Matthew Reed said that he was absolutely delighted at the survey’s result, with overall satisfaction exceeding 80% and the firm being the only one to hit Brokerbility’s benchmark score.

Reed cited the accounts category score of just over 93% for particular mention, adding that the score reaffirmed AXA’s own internal research.
