Standard Life has announced a number of appointments to strengthen its corporate executive team, including the appointment of Jamie Jenkins to the role of head of Workplace Strategy.

In addition to this, Ann Flynn has been named the new head of Corporate Marketing.

Jenkins has occupied a range of senior roles within the firm’s Corporate channel, and prior to his new position served as head of Strategy and Propositions (Marketing).

In his newly created role he will be tasked with the development of workplace benefits and corporate pensions strategy, as well as the thought leadership programme.

Flynn joined the firm last year, having previously worked for Standard Life where she held the post of head of Customer Management.

Her new position broadens her current remit, and she now assumes sole responsibility for corporate marketing strategy and the teams delivering employee communication and education.
