Atradius N.V. has announced the nomination of Andreas Tesch for the position of chief markets officer.

In his new role Tesch will assume responsibility for Atradius Credit Insurance’s development in North-western and Central Europe including Greece and Turkey, NAFTA, and Asia Pacific, in addition to the units Dutch State Business, Global, and Special Products.

David Capdevila, chief markets officer of Southern Europe, South America and non Credit Insurance Business, is responsible for the firm’s Credit Insurance business in France and Belgium.

Tesch joined the firm a decade ago as the director of Corporate Development and Corporate Communications, and has for the last four years been the director of Atradius Global.

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Isidoro Unda said that Tesch had a broad understanding of the firm and his expertise and broker relationships would help the firm to continue to grow.
