LV= appoints chief risk officer
Mutual insurance, retirement and investment group LV= has announced the appointment of Steve Haynes to the position of chief risk officer.
Haynes takes on his new role at a time of significant regulatory change, and will report directly to Group Chief Executive Officer Mike Rogers.
He joined the firm three years ago, and brings more than two decades of experience to his new position.
Haynes will be tasked with the understanding of risk, and the implementation of the Solvency II regime, as well as helping ensure sound foundations for future growth through the embedding of a robust risk framework and culture.
Rogers has expressed his delight at the appointment, welcoming Haynes and the wealth of experience he brings to his new role with the firm.
