Geneva Association appoints institutional relations’ head
Insurance think tank, The Geneva Association, has appointed Donald Inscoe as head of institutional relations.
Mr Inscoe is a former secretary general of the International Association of Deposit Insurers and deputy director of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), in which post he was recently seconded to the US Treasury Department as senior advisor to the Office of Financial Research.
Commenting on the appointment, Geneva Association secretary general and managing director, Patrick M Liedtke, says: “We are very pleased to be welcoming Donald to The Geneva Association”.
He adds: “Through broader and deeper relationships with regulators and supervisors around the world, The Geneva Association aims to increase the degree of insurance knowledge and input into the ongoing policy and regulatory discussions and processes.”
