Ageas customer service is world class

Ageas Insurance has announced that it has achieved ‘world class’ status for its service provided to brokers.

The achievement came from the recent UK Customer Satisfaction Index (UKCSI), conducted by the Institute of Customer Service (ICS).

More than 1400 Ageas brokers were surveyed, with those surveyed asked to rate the firm based on 20 top criteria that customers consider most vital.

Categories the firm was measured in included professionalism, quality and efficiency, ease of doing business, problem solving and timeliness.

Ageas received an overall customer satisfaction index score of 85.8%, which is significantly above the national average of 76.7% and the insurance sector average of 77.9%.

Institute Account Director Sue Hopson explained that anything over 80% is considered an excellent, world class result and concluded that Ageas put customer service at the heart of its business.
