IFB in recruitment drive
The Insurance Fraud Bureau (IFB) is currently recruiting for a lead fraud analyst, two fraud analysts, an operations controller, a desk-top investigator, an intelligence officer, an intelligence researcher and a customer relationship manager.
Details of the roles have yet to appear on the IFB’s website but potential applicants can immediately register an interest by submitting their CV via the site.
The Bureau was launched in 2006 to co-ordinate the industry’s response to criminal insurance fraud networks.
Most recently, it has been instrumental in Durham Constabulary’s investigation into a suspected multi-million pound insurance fraud dating back to 2007.
Four men been charged with conspiracy to defraud and are due to appear before Derwentside magistrates on 15th March.
