Groupama bolsters Customer Proposition Team

Groupama Insurances has bolstered its Customer Proposition Team to provide its brokers with improved product and service innovation.

The team is joined by Joy Boden, who was formerly a commercial schemes underwriter with Groupama, as customer proposition manager.

Linsey Scott leaves behind Bollington, where she handled motor trade risks, to join the firm as customer proposition associate.

Lynn Harris, head of the team, welcomed the two new appointments and emphasised the team’s commitment to providing brokers with fresh and innovative propositions.

Harris praised the broad experience Boden brought to the team, and the useful insights Scott would be able to provide.

The new appointments join Liz Kuhler and Kerry Farrell, and the team will cover all product lines, and some corporate development, across the country.
