QuestGates bolsters Counter Fraud Division

Specialist loss adjuster QuestGates has announced that it has bolstered its Counter Fraud Division with the appointment of Robin Hayward as senior investigator.

Hayward brings to the firm nearly three decades of operational investigative experience, including more than 10 years with Kent Police.

His appointment adds knowledge of forced entry situations to the team, as he has, in recent years, operated his own specialist locksmith business.

ACFS Counter Fraud Director John Freeman emphasised QuestGates’ commitment to combating fraud, which, according to National Fraud Authority figures, costs the insurance industry £2.1bn per annum.

Freeman went on to praise Hayward’s in-depth and extensive practical knowledge and state that this knowledge will enhance the firm’s pool of skills when it comes to investigating forced entry situations.

Since QuestGates launched its Counter Fraud Division a year ago the division has been doubled in size, with further developments planned in the coming months.
