The British Insurance Brokers’ Association (BIBA) has joined forces with Broking Now!, the insurance broker omnibus research panel from FWD Marketing.
The panel, which consists of a wide-range of business placing brokers, aims to provide a voice to the broking sector through independent research.
BIBA will use its research to support lobbying campaigns and in this respect has plans to help develop the panel, giving the sector access to “robust and independent” data.
The Association’s chief executive, Eric Galbraith, comments: “There has never been a more important time for us to have a strong independent channel for brokers to voice their opinion.”
FWD research director, Mike Harmer, adds: “Broking Now! remains an independent study of all UK brokers, not just BIBA members, but the BIBA endorsement reinforces the industry importance and quality of this study.”
The Broking Now! panel is to be relaunched as “Broking Now! in association with BIBA” as it continues to capture the views of 250 UK brokers, per survey, from provincial brokers right up to global broking brands.
