Aviva joins PowerPlace panel

PowerPlace has announced that Aviva is joining its panel of insurers, with the group launching its property owners’ policy at the online marketplace early this year.

The firm’s chief executive officer, Matthew Reed, considers the news a milestone in PowerPlace’s development, commenting: “With Aviva on board, we have taken a significant step closer towards offering the perfect panel.”

Aviva’s intermediary and partnerships director, Janice Deakin, adds: “Joining the panel at PowerPlace complements our own commercial online trading platform and we are delighted to be working with Matthew and his team on this new venture.”

PowerPlace was launched in 2009 in a bid to increase efficiency by streamlining the commercial business process.

Brokers can compare quotes, cover and excesses from a range of products using a one question-set quote generator, plus save, bind and renew business.

All documents are instantly accessible.
