Marsh has announced the appointment of Alan Morton to the posts of senior claims advocate within the International Division, and Property Claims Practice group leader (UK and International).

Morton leaves behind Aon Global Risk Consulting to join Marsh, and brings almost three decades of claims experience to the firm.

Before joining Aon he spent 23 years with JLT where he worked as head of claims, as well as establishing and running Echelon, JLT’s claims consulting business.

International Division Head of Claims David Pigot warmly welcomed Morton to Marsh, and lauded his tremendous experience and highly respected status within the industry.

Pigot went on to predict that Morton would prove a huge asset for the firm and help Marsh advance its claims advocacy development.
