Leading specialist loss adjuster QuestGates has been selected by Allianz to provide it with long term Motor Fraud investigation services.

Under the terms of the contract QuestGates will provide Allianz with a wide range of investigation services involving complex first and third party losses.

Allianz recently undertook a comprehensive six month review of its suppliers with the aim of reducing the number of firms involved.

After the process was concluded, QuestGates was found to have an above average rating in every category, in addition to being rated the very best in terms of audit results and conversion rate.

Allianz Fraud Controller David Halstead explained that the firm had collaborated with QuestGates for a number of years and was unsurprised that the review revealed the high quality of the proposition supplied.

QuestGates Motor Operations Director Steven Thompson expressed the firm’s delight at being selected as a key partner of Allianz.
