Bridge Insurance Brokers Limited, an independent corporate insurance broker based in the North West of England, has been awarded the title of Chartered Insurance Brokers by the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII).

The exclusive title is a recognition of excellence awarded to few firms, with less than 100 members of the insurance industry enjoying the privilege.

To be granted the status of Chartered Insurance Brokers, a firm must demonstrate its outstanding professionalism and capability.

Furthermore, insurers who are given the title must adopt the CII Code of Ethics to help reinforce the best possible professional practice in business dealings.

Chairman Roger Potts has described the news as a landmark moment for Bridge Insurance Brokers.

Potts stated that the firm had always taken pride in its professionalism, and said that to receive such external recognition was very gratifying.
