MMA appoint major account manager
MMA, the broker-only insurer, has announced the appointment of Chris Line to the position of major account manager.
Prior to joining MMA Line spent more than a decade with Allianz where he was most recently responsible for supervision of relationships with high volume sellers, including Lloyds TSB and Endsleigh.
In his newly created post Line will be directly responsible to Head of UK Development Peter Knowles.
He will be tasked with management of high volume broker relationships and supervision of MMA’s key accounts.
The position has been created to address the challenge some brokers, including MMA, face from having a high volume of business from a reduced number of brokers.
Knowles has welcomed the skill and experience Line brings to the insurer, and highlighted the importance of effective relationship management with the brokers that provide MMA with a high volume of business.
