Oval acquires O’Neill and Bramwell
Media insurance broking specialists O’Neill and Bramwell PLC have been acquired by Oval Limited (Oval), bolstering Oval’s presence both in the capital and on the national stage.
O’Neill and Bramwell specialise in the provision of insurance broking services that cater to the advertising, production and event industries.
The firm is a decade old and focuses primarily upon mid-corporate and corporate clients.
Under the terms of the acquisition all staff will retain their places, and be led by directors Susana Bramwell and Tony O’Neill.
The two directors will report directly to Peter Young, London & South Managing Director.
Susana Bramwell, Media Insurance director, has expressed her delight at joining Oval, citing the well-aligned values of the two firms.
Oval Group MD Jeff Herdman has described O’Neill and Bramwell as a well-respected brokerage and a natural choice to join Oval.
