New claims handling service from GAB Robins
GAB Robins is launching a new service that promises to boost claims handling capacities for insurers experiencing busy periods.
The loss adjuster has developed Insurer Assist, which has been designed with casualty, commercial and domestic property and motor business in mind.
The claims management package can be tailored to particular accounts or blocks of claims and will also provide support for specific claims processes.
The service will be managed by Robins Claim Solutions (RCS), the desktop claims handling facility of GAB Robins.
RCS director, Tony Keilty, comments: “By working closely with our property and casualty adjusting colleagues, we are able to provide a flexible service across a number of lines of business.”
He adds: “This factor together with our ability to have solutions up and running quickly, at a time of year when staff levels can come under stress, ensures a responsive claims service is maintained, in a cost-effective way without reducing the quality of customer service.”
