MSL enhances business offering
MSL Legal Expenses has launched a new policy for businesses that provides up to £50,000 protection for legal costs per claim.
The firm has revamped its LEI offering by adding employment disputes, aspect enquiry for tax, undisputed debt recovery and identity theft resolution to the cover.
MSL Commercial also gives policyholders access to the company’s 24-7 telephone claims line and expert advice on a range legal protection issues, through its panel of specialist solicitors.
The changes follow a review carried out with the help of broker clients, who will benefit from a 25% discount on new business premiums for the next 12 months.
Managing director, Nick Garner, comments: “When things go wrong, the financial burden of taking legal action can often have long-term damaging affects on a company’s financial health.”
He adds: “Our enhanced commercial product offers a greater level of cover for business people, giving them peace of mind when issues do arise, coupled with expert legal advice at the end of a phone.”
Brokers can access MSL Commercial through the firm’s quote-and-buy facility, MSL Connect, which offers instant cover and allows for claims to be tracked in real time.
The recently launched facility has seen strong uptake and is currently being used by over 90% of the firm’s intermediary and insurance clients.
