CETA selects Jacksons Claims Group for Claims Assist
CETA Insurance has selected Jacksons Claims Group to provide CETA’s policyholders with its Claims Assist service.
Current policies are augmented by Claims Assist managing claims made from the beginning to the end of the process, with all policyholders eligible to benefit regardless of the scale or type of claim involved.
CETA Managing Director David Quick explained that, as more and more customers are open to switching providers, the key to growth is offering quality customer service that enhances client retention.
Nick Jackson, MD of Jacksons Claims Group, has stated that the firm provides a ‘cradle to grave’ offering, bereft of small print that can torment policyholders and available to all who submit claims.
CETA and their brokers are able to keep track of all claims at the click of a button, allowing them to keep up to date without spending an excessive amount of time and effort.
