AXA and RSPCA enjoy Affinity Marketing Award success
AXA and the RSPCA enjoyed a joint success at the Business Charity Awards, when they scooped the Affinity Marketing Award in recognition of the RSPCA Pet Insurance product.
The two organisations began collaborating four years ago, working together to create a product to protect pet owners against unexpected illness and vet fees.
The product also has a charitable dimension, as a fifth of the premium paid for each sale goes towards supporting the work done by the RSPCA.
Some 30,000 cats and dogs have been protected by the policy, which has generated £1.3m for the RSPCA since its inception.
Lucy Fletcher, AXA’s Affinity Marketing Manager, has expressed the firm’s delight that its partnership with the RSPCA has been awarded with success, adding that the two organisations had renewed the agreement for a further five year period.
