Open GI bolsters product management team
Open GI, the broker solutions provider, has announced the appointment of Sean Garfield to the post of product specialist.
Garfield was previously a training consultant for the firm and brings more than a decade of experience in the sector to his new post, including two years with Open GI.
The firm is expanding its Product Management Team in response to the rising demand for technical pre-sales support from brokers.
In his new role Garfield will be tasked with offering expert support and advice about the system’s functionality and automation.
In addition, Kristina Wilkins becomes product management team leader after a year as a product specialist.
Wilkins has almost two decades of experience in the industry, including 10 years with Open GI, and has expressed her confidence that Garfield’s training and knowledge will allow him to effectively get across the benefits of the latest technology on offer.
