Bupa launches dedicated Group Risk website
Bupa Group Risk has launched a new website that aims to provide its intermediaries with a resource that covers all its products and services.
Launched this week, the site offers tailored information such as technical guides, group risk updates and links to Bupa’s online quote facility.
Project manager, Catherine Baxter, says: “ With the group risk area of Bupa growing all the time and following feedback from intermediaries it made sense to give Group Risk and its products their own site.”
She adds: “We can provide a more interactive experience, increase our dialogue with our advisers and provide a more efficient service that allows them to cater for all of their clients’ needs.”
Bupa has also recently revamped its online trading system for the intermediaries who sell its individual protection products.
The new system has made transactions smoother by allowing users to tailor products to suit their clients’ needs and upload multiple product applications in a single action.
Intermediaries can also make alterations up to the point when a policy is placed on risk, and arrange single or multiple start dates and direct debits.
