ARAG secures CP Walker distribution agreement
ARAG UK has signed a further distribution deal with midlands-based property management and insurance specialist, CP Walker.
The move will see ARAG’s Landlords’ Legal and Home Emergency cover included as part of CP Walker’s Property Protector broker-only offering.
CP Walker says it selected ARAG for its wide indemnity levels and its involvement with Cunningham Lindsey in dealing with home emergency claims.
The agreement follows ARAG ‘s recent tie-up with Casualty & General (Europe), which made legal protection cover available as an add-on to Casualty & General’s specialist liability cover for brokers.
CP Walker expects to secure significant levels of new business as a result of the agreement, while ARAG says it is on target to join the UK’s top five legal services providers, within the next two years.
Last month, ARAG received two accolades at the Claims Technology Awards.
The firm’s After-the-Event claims staff were named outstanding team of the year, and the group won the award for most innovative use of software by an insurer, for its online ATE policy application and administration system.
