Henderson Insurance has announced it is making a number of new appointments, following the recent acquisition of subsidiary UK Credit Insurance Specialists Ltd.

Ron Brander and Gayle Connolly are appointed as new business broker and servicing broker respectively.

The new staff members join the Manchester office, where UK Credit Insurance staff are presently sharing room with Henderson’s Surety Services division.

The Surety Services division will soon be moving to a new floor in Lowry House, following negotiation.

In three months or so another new recruit will probably join Brander and Connolly, according to Director Keith Swain.

Swain has stated that the firm believes there are further possibilities for expansion in the North.

He went on to state that Henderson was managing to grow when other firms were shrinking due to its niche position as a corporate insolvency specialist, an area where there is particular demand at the moment.
