Staysure opens new Northampton call centre
Staysure.co.uk is expanding its Northampton-based operations with the aim of doubling turnover (to £20 million) over the next 12 months.
The over-50s insurer, which provides travel, home, motor, holiday home, funeral and private medical insurance, is opening a new call centre at Lakes Business Park.
The facility will eventually become home to up 70 staff, as the firm expands its offering.
Positions available include contact centre staff, team leaders and supervisors as well as a finance team and PPC marketing specialist.
Managing director, Lindsey Howsam, comments: “Our Northampton call centre is fundamental to our growth strategy – the new recruits will become part of a fast-growth, exciting company with significant opportunities for progression.”
In other company news, Staysure has recently teamed up with foreign currency experts, HiFX, to provide Staysure Holiday Money.
The firm claims it can save customers up to 4% on bank exchange rates while at the same time providing orders of over £500 via a free next day delivery service.
