ReadSoft helps insurers speed up claims
Global provider of software solutions for Document Automation ReadSoft is supporting the British insurance industry in its efforts to enhance efficiency.
The firm’s CLASSIFY AND INDEX solution insurance can be utilised to speed up claims processes, slashing the total time spent on a claim by 35%.
CLASSIFY AND INDEX replaces manual input of relevant documents with scanning and importing into claims management systems, cutting down on the risks of human error as well as speeding up the process.
Relevant information such as names, addresses and policy numbers are then automatically read and extracted, and then sent to the appropriate staff member for further action.
The solution has been shown to cut the time frame for processing from 15 days to just 5, speeding up a claims process and enhancing efficiency.
