Marsh establishes Construction Consulting Practice
Marsh has announced the establishment of a specialist Construction Consulting Practice dedicated to providing construction and engineering industries across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) with dispute resolution, risk advisory, and audit services.
The new practice falls under the umbrella of the EMEA Forensic Accounting and Claims Service (FACS) Practice, and is led by Todd Vandenhaak.
The Construction Consulting Practice consists of a number of engineers, accountants, cost and schedule experts and project managers who will provide project planning, pricing and quantifying actual damages, and contract/project management.
The Practice will also offer mediation, arbitration, and litigation support via a range of dispute resolution forums.
Clients will benefit from risk identification at the planning and implementation stages, a collaborative plan to mitigate any potential risk factors and regular audits to ensure best practice is in place throughout the project.
Leader of the FACS Practice in EMEA Andy King has described the launch of the new practice as an important new development that allows Marsh to offer its specialist skills to clients engaged in construction activities.
