ALC Health has announced that it has taken steps to help speed up the claims process by accepting claims from corporate clients submitted as scanned email attachments.
This will cut out the necessity of requesting original documentation by post and thereby greatly reduce the time needed for a claim to be fully processed.
It also has the added benefit of enabling clients to receive an immediate receipt acknowledging the scanned attachment has been received by ALC Health.
Director Andrew Apps explained that few firms offered such a measure which ALC Health had introduced in its continuing efforts to reduce the stress of the claiming process.
The faster turn around time for claim settlements will also save clients from the financial burden of paying immediate medical bills whilst waiting for their claim to be processed.
