The British Insurance Brokers’ Association (BIBA) has partnered with Bluefin to provide a new members’ scheme for Directors & Officers (D&O) insurance.

Bluefin is already a BIBA scheme provider, having run MotorRiSK BIBA for almost four years.

The new policy, which includes a number of exclusive benefits to BIBA members, is underwritten by ACE European Group and is accessible via ACE Online.

BIBA’s technical services manager, Steve Foulsham, comments: “At a time when the responsibilities for directors and officers are increasing, the new scheme will enable members to obtain easy access for quotations and policy issue, backed by the expertise of Bluefin for support where required.”

ACE’s director of corporate risks, Pat Drinan, adds: “I am delighted BIBA and Bluefin chose ACE to be their selected D&O partner, demonstrating not only the strength and quality of our product but also endorsing how easy it is to access.”
