LV= wins customer service contact centre award
LV= enjoyed a successful day at the National Customer Services Awards, scooping the Customer Service Contact Centre of the Year award.
The award recognises the excellence of the insurer’s general insurance contact centres in Bournemouth, Croydon and Bristol.
Peter Sinden, sales and customer service director, was presented with the award on 9 December.
There was stiff competition for the coveted award from a number of household names, including American Express, AXA Insurance, RBS Insurance, Swiftcover, TalkTalk, Barclaycard and British Gas.
LV=’s focus upon customers and staff left a favourable impression with the judges, as did the growth in business and strong customer retention, reflecting a good professional attitude throughout the firm.
Sinden has described the award as a great moment for the operations team, adding that recognition for all the hard work the firm has put in is fantastic.
