AXA insurance has enjoyed a good night at the Auto Body Professionals (ABP) Club annual ‘Night of Knights’ awards ceremony, at which the firm was voted Insurer of Choice for its vehicle claims management.

Efficiency has been greatly enhanced for AXA, repairers and customers by enacting a number of measures to improve interactions with the approved repairer network.

Using the system created by AXA, repairers are able to see to customers quickly, which in turn has led to high levels of customer satisfaction, as well as reduced average repair costs.

Head of Vehicle Claims Management Ian Newell has expressed the firm’s great delight at scooping the award.

Newell went on to say that AXA’s collaboration with its repair network to craft an efficient and effective model has delivered them their award success, and added his pleasure at the model’s strength being recognised by industry experts.
