Fortis tops financial services satisfaction index

Fortis Insurance has recently come top of the financial services firms within the UK Customer Satisfaction Index (UKCSI), conducted by the Institute of Customer Service (ICS).

Fortis has long been a partner of Age Concern, and customers of Age Concern Travel responded to the survey which asked questions on professionalism, quality and efficiency, ease of doing business, problem solving and timeliness.

Happily for Fortis it achieved high scores, with an overall customer satisfaction index score of 85 (out of a possible 90), significantly higher than the average score of 74.

Fortis’ head of Operations, Robin Challand, has expressed the firm’s delight at the survey’s favourable findings which he has described as a testament to the dedication and hard work of the Fortis team.
