Kwik Fit Insurance enjoyed a good night at the UK Broker Awards, winning the Investment in People award.

The award represents a recognition of strong investment in people and resources within the UK general insurance market by brokers and intermediaries.

The award success comes after the firm was ranked 17th in the Sunday Times 100 best companies to work for list, and was given a Healthy Working Lives Gold award by the Scottish Government to reflect the firm’s status as a healthy and safe place to work.

Earlier this year the firm also won the Customer Focus award at the Contact Centre Innovation Awards, and achieved record car insurance sales.

Group Managing Director Brendan Devine of Kwik Fit Financial Services has expressed the firm’s delights at having its efforts to make the business a good place to work recognised.

Kwik Fit offers tailored training courses to enhance customer service, health advice and an on-site subsidised restaurant and nursery provision.
