Adrian Flux announces 100 new jobs
Adrian Flux has announced 100 new UK jobs after breaking its sales record three times this year.
The specialist motor insurer posted record monthly sales in March, April, and July.
The new recruits, to be appointed in November, will be based at the group’s headquarters in Norfolk.
New posts include sales, clerical, and customer service roles.
Robert Balls, Adrian Flux’s sales and underwriting manager, attributed the firm’s growth to its willingness to try new ideas.
“We are never afraid to try new marketing and advertising ideas and have an extensive online presence which includes the aggregator sites,” he said.
“All of these have definitely helped achieve constant growth.
“As a result of this we are regularly seeking new recruits across all areas of the business, and are currently advertising various positions with the intention to employing a further 100 staff this November.”
Founded in 1973, Adrian Flux provides specialist motor insurance for classic and high-performance cars, modified cars, kit cars, imported vehicles, vans, and caravans.
