Ellipta launch cutting-edge ClaimSpec
Insurance companies can now take advantage of the newly launched ClaimSpec property damage claim system, designed to enable cost reductions, superior customer service and accelerated claim resolution timeframes.
ClaimSpec is a fully integrated Continuous Competitive Tendering system which will allow insurers to make savings in both time and money from property damage claims.
The system’s creators, Ellipta Ltd, have also ensured that any necessary repair works are carried out by a network of reputable local contractors.
Ellipta’s engineers and surveyors will each utilise ClaimSpec when carrying out an initial assessment of a property, followed by the creation of a tailored and precise repair schedule.
In addition, insurers will be able to acquire direct access to the system’s central information if requested.
ClaimSpec has also been designed to be accommodating to insurers’ specific needs, with the flexibility to fit in with pre-existing management and communications systems.
