Compass Underwriting appoints Ignition NBS
Independent Accident and Health underwriting agency Compass Underwriting Ltd has appointed broker marketing specialist Ignition NBS Ltd to formulate and implement a customer loyalty programme through a specific client area on the firm’s website.
Users are able to utilise a dedicated client portal to access specialist Compass services as well as participating in the Red Letter Days Intermediaries Rewards Scheme.
By offering Compass products, users can acquire loyalty points which can then be used to gain a wide variety of rewards ranging from white goods to specific user experiences.
Andrew Briant, Compass Underwriting’s managing director, has explained that Ignition was appointed as it recognised the importance of Compass’ personal feel with its services.
Briant went on to praise Ignition’s strong track record collaborating with brokers and underwriters, adding that it had provided Compass with a user friendly content management system (CMS) for its extended website.
