Cardinus has today launched an e-commerce website focused on the small and medium sized enterprise (SME) market.

The company, which is the risk management subsidiary of THB Group, says it has been experiencing growing demand from SMEs help with the “tide of health & safety legislation”.

Subscribers to the new site can purchase credits and gain access to a library of up-to-date resources and a range of risk assessment and e-learning tools

Telephone and email access to experts and a range of onsite consultants are also available for help with more complex health & safety matters.

Cardinus chief executive officer, Andy Hawkes, comments: “We have increasingly been asked to deliver solutions to smaller firms, particularly by insurance brokers and insurers. To meet this demand we have built a web based proposition, that provides self help advice, easy to use risk assessment tools all supported by our onsite consultancy services.”

The firm says it has also signed an exclusive arrangement with the Forum for Private Business to provide a branded version of the site to the latter’s 25,000 members across the UK.
