Heath Lambert has hired two ex-Bluefin directors to bolster its expansion plans nationally and in the north west region.

Together the pair brings with them over 40 years of corporate client experience and have occupied a range of senior risk and captive management positions over the course of their careers.

Ron Doidge was formerly a regional MD with SBJ/Bluefin and deputy MD with Willis, and will assume a role in senior client service with Heath Lambert.

Doidge played instrumental roles in the north west expansion of SBJ/Bluefin and the Manchester growth of Willis.

Brenda Thwaites will also take on a post in client service and, like Doidge, formerly worked for SBJ/Bluefin and Willis, occupying the post of client servicing director.

She also brings with her experience servicing major corporate clients both in the region and on a national level.
