THB appoint former Rothschild director
Specialist broker THB Group has announced it is adding Charles Keay to its board after Vic Thompson, the firm’s founder, retired.
Keay takes up the post of non-executive director, effective from 1 May, sitting alongside fellow non-executive director John Goldsmith and non-executive chairman Nigel Moorhouse.
He is formerly a director of international investment bank NM Rothschild & Sons and brings extensive experience of the debt markets to his new role.
On the same date as Keay assumes his position Frank Murphy will become THB’s chief executive officer.
Murphy has welcomed Keay’s appointment, describing his sound knowledge of financial markets as invaluable given the turbulent economic and financial picture.
Moorhouse has also welcomed Keay to the firm and expressed his pride that the former Rothschild director has joined THB.
